Our new Fixed Grid product range has been designed based on feedback from New Zealand irrigation and farming industry partners to address the shortcomings of currently available systems.
Confirmation of Flow
The products that are currently on the market can confirm they’ve sent a pulse to a valve, but have no way to tell if the water is actually flowing. Due to the layout and scheduling of fixed grid systems, malfunctions can sometimes go undetected for days or even weeks until someone notices the grass dying. Using our patented system designed in-house in the Wairarapa, each VCR (Valve Control Remote) automatically begins sensing for flow during its operating window and alerts you immediately of any issues.
Realtime Hardware Monitoring
Each VCR regularly reports its battery level, solar charge, and signal strength back to its controller meaning you always have an up-to-date picture of the system’s health, allowing you to quickly address issues before they can seriously affect their pasture growth.
Continuous Self-Testing
With the VCR’s inbuilt flow and solenoid current sensing, Harvest fixed grid systems are fully tested after each operating cycle so prior to irrigation season starting, the system can be turned on for a single cycle to get a full report of any potential issues ahead of time.
Fast Forward Replacement & Extended Warranty
We know that pasture carries real value and that every day of missed irrigation represents a reduction in growth at best, and an irretrievable loss at worst; that’s why we’ll be offering a forward replacement service for all VCR’s. If there’s a problem with a VCR, farmers can call their service agent or our support team for a replacement. We’ll get a replacement on the way, then assess the replaced unit and you’ll only be charged for any issues not covered by our two-year warranty.

Control On The Go
Our new smartphone and web apps allow users to check on the system from anywhere. Status, schedules, battery levels, replacements, and changes can all be done online with a few clicks.
